Welcome to the UNF Library website!

These Terms of Use describe the acceptable use of the University of Niagara Falls (UNF) Library website. By using out website, you agree to these Terms in full.

We may modify these Terms from time to time to best reflect the values of UNF, changes in relevant legislation, and changes in our system. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly in order to remain up to date. 

These Terms apply only to the UNF Library website, and are not applicable to the Ebsco Discovery Search. Please refer to Ebsco's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for information regarding the service. 

Purpose

The UNF Library website in intended for educational and information purposes, and is intended for use by the UNF community, herein defined as any currently enrolled UNF students and any currently employed UNF faculty and staff.

Use of Website

Users of the UNF Library website may not use the site for any unlawful activities at any time, or for any activity that violates a UNF policy. 

Users must not interfere in any way with the website's functionality or security.

All content, including logos, text, images, and data is owned by UNF or its licensors, unless otherwise attributed. All content is protected by the Canadian Copyright Act, the UNF Copyright Policy, and the UNF Intellectual Property Policy. No part of the website may be copied, modified, distributed, or displayed without written permission from the University Librarian.
