Our Writing Advisor, Aleks Skrba, is dedicated to helping student grow as writers. With years of experience in academic writing, editing, and teaching, Aleks offers one-on-one consultations to provide tailored feedback and strategies for improvement. Whether you need help organizing your thoughts, understanding the nuances of academic integrity, or refining your final draft, Aleks is here to assist you at any stage of your writing journey.

The Writing Centre offers the following services:

- Plagiarism and Academic Integrity Support: Guidance on how to avoid plagiarism and understand the principles of academic honesty
- Graduate Writing Support: specialized support for graduate students working on theses, dissertations, or complex research papers
- Presentations and Visual Communication: Assistance with preparing presentations, slides, and other visual communication tools
- Drop-In Hours: Quick, informal consultations for last-minute questions and minor revisions
Workshops and Group Sessions
The Writing Centre offers interactive sessions on topics such as academic writing basics, essay structure, citations and referencing, and advanced writing techniques.
